We understand that purchasing a candle online can be challenging, especially when it comes to choosing the perfect scent. Return Eligibility

Damaged Products
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to provide a replacement or a full refund. Please include photos of the damage to expedite the process.

Incorrect Orders
In the event that you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal scent preferences. Scent is a subjective experience, and we recommend trying our smaller size options before purchasing full-sized candles to ensure you love the fragrance.
Return Process
Initiating a Return
For eligible returns (damaged or incorrect orders), please contact us at howdy@loveandhopecandles.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
Return Authorization
Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, or an incorrect order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. Approved refunds will be
processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original method of
payment. Replacements will be shipped within 7-10 business days of receiving
the returned item.
Additional Information
Promotional Items: Items purchased during a promotion or sale are subject to the same return guidelines. However, refunds will reflect the promotional price.
